Skill Development and training Project for Security Personnel (DSS, Police, Military, Civil Defence Corps and Private Security). INL was the consultant on this training programme for the Edo State Government, which involved sourcing and bringing in international security experts to impart skills which included tactical, personal protection, and anti-kidnapping.
